Cuma kita di Malaysia tidak peka dan kurang memberi perhatian gamaknya. Jangan kita berfikir ianya terjadi di negara lain di negara kita sendiri sudah mengalami masalah yang sama. Terkadang kita mungkin alfa dengan amaran ini masih leka dan tidak mengambil kisah terhadapnya. Masih leka mengejar pangkat, menipu orang dalam mengejar habuan dunia dan masih berani melakukan dosa dan maksiat. Mungkinkah ini pertanda awal untuk kita bersiap sedia dengan turun dajjal atau mungkinkah pertanda awal bunyi sangkakala yang pertama ? Sangkakala iaitu sejenis serunai akan ditiup oleh Malaikat Israfil sebelum Hari Kiamat. Diriwayatkan Sangkakala yang ditiup oleh malaikat Israfil ini adalah sebanyak tiga (3) kali tiupan iaitu: Sky bunyi aneh dan pelik di seluruh dunia yang amat menakutkan direkodkan di seluruh dunia. Bunyi pelik dan aneh yang dirakam di Malaysia. Pertama kali dalam Sejarah Malaysia, tidak pernah kita mendengar bunyi yang kuat yang pelik dari langit atau di sekitar keseluruhan. Punca yang tidak tahu di mana adalah bunyi yang datang dari tetapi ia benar-benar kuat dan jelas dipendegaran ianya pada kira-kira 12 tengah malam pada kira-kira 12:08 pada 30 Januari 2012. Banyak penduduk di sekitar kawasan terkejut dengan bunyi aneh ini perkara ini berlangsung selama kira-kira 5 minit. Pastinya dunia sudah semakin tua dan kita mungkin juga sudah berada di garisan akhirnya atau disebut juga dunia sudah berada diakhir zaman. Pasti semua kejadian pelik dan aneh akan berlaku. Sebaiknya kita muhasabah diri sendiri menilai kekurangan diri dan pada masa yang sama kita sama-sama menjauhkan diri daripada membuat dosa dan kemungkaran. Sesungguhnya waktu itu sudah semakin hampir. |

Justeru, dalam keadaan ekonomi negara tidak menentu sekarang, ramai berharap Kempen Tahun Melawat Malaysia (TMM) 2014 yang dirasmikan dengan penuh warna warni malam kelmarin, mampu menampung kekurangan dalam sektor lain ekonomi negara tahun ini. TMM 2014 bertemakan Celebrating 1Malaysia Truly Asia menyasarkan pendapatan RM76 bilion menerusi kunjungan kira-kira 28 juta pelancong tahun ini. Kerajaan menetapkan sasaran menerima kunjungan 36 juta pelancong dan menjana pendapatan RM168 bilion daripada sektor pelancongan pada 2020. Sementara kita boleh berbangga dengan pelbagai tarikan yang ada di negara ini untuk menarik pelancong asing, harus diingat beberapa negara jiran juga turut mempunyai keistimewaan serupa, malah sesetengahnya lebih baik dan sudah lama dikenali di seluruh dunia. Walaupun kita berasakan mempunyai pantai dan pulau yang indah, Thailand dan Indonesia juga turut menjadi destinasi pelancongan kerana kedua-dua tarikan itu. Malaysia mungkin mempunyai Langkawi atau Tioman, tetapi Bali, Phuket atau Pattaya lebih popular terutama di kalangan pelancong berkulit putih. Kita juga tidak boleh mendakwa Kuala Lumpur sebagai satu-satunya syurga membeli-belah di rantau ini apabila pelancong asing lebih suka berbelanja untuk mendapatkan fesyen terbaru di Singapura atau Hong Kong. Kepelbagaian budaya, aneka makanan Keistimewaan sebenar Malaysia dalam bidang pelancongan yang tidak ada di kalangan negara jiran ialah kepelbagaian budaya dan aneka makanan daripada rakyat berbilang kaum. Dengan tiga kaum terbesar dan lebih 30 etnik Bumiputera di Sabah dan Sarawak, kita bukan saja mempunyai warisan budaya yang menarik, tetapi pelbagai jenis makanan dan sajian. Di sinilah letaknya tanggungjawab pengusaha makanan atau restoran dalam mengutamakan dua perkara – kebersihan dan layanan - yang menentukan sama ada pelancong bukan saja datang semula ke tempat mereka, tetapi mungkin datang lagi ke Malaysia. Dua perkara ini mungkin kelihatan remeh, tetapi kepada sesiapa yang pernah melancong ke luar negara terutama negara dunia ketiga, ia menjadi antara soalan utama diajukan oleh keluarga dan rakan apabila pulang ke tanah air nanti. Soal kebersihan tidak seharusnya tertumpu kepada penyediaan dan sajian makanan semata-mata, tetapi juga membabitkan persekitaran terutama tandas. Jika keadaan tandas di stesen minyak dan restoran mamak boleh dijadikan ukuran, kita khuatir ia boleh memberi gambaran buruk kepada pelancong asing mengenai tahap kebersihan rakyat negara ini. Begitu juga dari segi layanan di restoran dan hotel, kita masih ketinggalan berbanding senyuman dan keramahan pelayan restoran/hotel di Thailand dan Indonesia walaupun bahasa Inggeris mereka mungkin tidak sefasih pekerja hotel/restoran kita. Tidak kurang pentingnya ialah pekerja sektor pengangkutan awam terutama pemandu teksi, orang pertama ditemui pelancong apabila memasuki negara ini. Pihak berkuasa berkaitan perlu bertindak tegas terhadap mana-mana pemandu teksi dilaporkan bersikap kasar atau menipu pelancong kerana perbuatan itu boleh menjejaskan industri pelancongan negara. Ikhlas layan pelancong Bahawa kita pernah melancarkan kempen 'senyum' di kalangan pekerja industri pelancongan dan pengangkutan awam satu ketika dulu membuktikan perkara ini. Kita tidak mengharapkan mereka senyum sepanjang masa, tetapi layanan kepada pelanggan atau pelancong biarlah menampakkan keikhlasan, bukan kerana terpaksa. Dalam keghairahan kita menjayakan TMM 2014, janganlah pula kepentingan rakyat sendiri diketepikan. Selain pekerja industri ini seharusnya memberi layanan serupa kepada rakyat tempatan dan pelancong asing, kita juga mahu hanya pelancong sebenar datang ke Malaysia sepanjang kempen ini. Ketika pelbagai masalah ditimbulkan oleh kebanjiran jutaan pendatang asing sekarang, kita pasti tidak mahu ada kalangan yang mengambil kesempatan daripada TMM 2014 untuk membawa masuk rakyat dari negara tertentu atas nama pelancongan tetapi bekerja atau melakukan kegiatan haram di negara ini. |
